Rental Policies & Guidelines

To help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all couples and guests, please review a few important venue guidelines below.

  • A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date.
  • Final payment is due prior to the event date as outlined in the rental agreement.
  • A refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals.
  • Beer, wine, and champagne are permitted. Additional alcohol service requirements may apply depending on service style.
  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue.
  • All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated dumpster area at the conclusion of the event.
  • Tables and chairs must be cleared and returned to the designated area unless setup and teardown services are added.
  • Open flames are not permitted unless fully enclosed in approved glass containers.
  • Sparklers are permitted only with prior venue approval.
  • Pets may be permitted with prior approval.
  • All vendors must comply with venue guidelines and insurance requirements.
