To help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all couples and guests, please review a few important venue guidelines below.
- A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date.
- Final payment is due prior to the event date as outlined in the rental agreement.
- A refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals.
- Beer, wine, and champagne are permitted. Additional alcohol service requirements may apply depending on service style.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue.
- All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated dumpster area at the conclusion of the event.
- Tables and chairs must be cleared and returned to the designated area unless setup and teardown services are added.
- Open flames are not permitted unless fully enclosed in approved glass containers.
- Sparklers are permitted only with prior venue approval.
- Pets may be permitted with prior approval.
- All vendors must comply with venue guidelines and insurance requirements.
