Event Policies & Guidelines

To help each event run smoothly, please review a few important guidelines for showers, parties, and private rentals.

  • A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date.
  • Event rentals are intended for non-wedding celebrations and gatherings.
  • Events are typically available up to 3 months in advance and are subject to availability around wedding bookings.
  • Guest count is typically capped at 75 guests unless otherwise approved.
  • Setup, teardown, linens, and gold chair upgrades are available as optional add-ons.
  • All dΓ©cor, food, and personal items must be removed by the end of the rental time unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated dumpster area at the conclusion of the event.
  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue.
  • Open flames are not permitted unless fully enclosed in approved glass containers.
  • Alcohol policies are outlined in the rental agreement and may vary by event type.
  • All vendors must comply with venue guidelines and insurance requirements.
  • Additional time beyond the contracted rental period may result in overtime charges.
