- Event rentals are intended for non-wedding celebrations and gatherings.
- Events are typically available up to 3 months in advance and are subject to availability around wedding bookings.
- Guest count is typically capped at 75 guests unless otherwise approved.
- Setup, teardown, linens, and gold chair upgrades are available as optional add-ons.
- All décor, food, and personal items must be removed by the end of the rental time unless prior arrangements have been made.
- All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated dumpster area at the conclusion of the event.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue.
- Open flames are not permitted unless fully enclosed in approved glass containers.
- Alcohol policies are outlined in the rental agreement and may vary by event type.
- All vendors must comply with venue guidelines and insurance requirements.
- Additional time beyond the contracted rental period may result in overtime charges.
