Hidden Timber offers a flexible, inviting indoor space for a variety of non-wedding celebrations. Whether you’re planning a few-hour gathering or a simple open-house style event, our space is designed to be comfortable, easy to use, and stress-free.

We personally work with each client to ensure the event is the right fit for our venue and schedule.

Event Rental Pricing

$100 per hour
3-hour minimum

Booking Details

• Events are available up to 3 months in advance
• Perfect for smaller, casual celebrations
• Subject to availability around wedding bookings

Availability

Event rentals are available Monday–Thursday and Sundays, based on availability. Limited Friday and Saturday availability may be offered for 2026 only
Fridays and Saturdays are reserved for weddings. 

Important Guidelines

These events are intended for non-wedding celebrations and do not include ceremony setups, DJs, dancing, or reception-style events.
